Can each couple create their own design?

Yes of course! I offer a bespoke design service so that every couple walks away with their dream stationery. We work together to create something that you love that suits your personal style. And if you see a current design that you already love, these can also be changed to suit you!

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, I offer free consultations. Its lovely to start with a chat and get to know you. We can schedule either an in-person meet up or video call to discuss your ideas and options. Typically the consultation happens about 6 months before the wedding.

What is your turnaround time?

I allow 8-12 weeks for any design work and printing, although this depends on how quickly a couple responds to design changes and final approval.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes there is a minimum order of 30 on all wedding stationery, except welcome signs, table plans, table names, table numbers, table menus and guest books. If your order is below 30 items, an additional fee will be applied.

Should I order any extra invitations?

Yes, just incase! Re-printing small quantities at a later date can be really expensive so its recommended that you get some extras with your initial order. You may require extra invitations for guests who have been missed in the initial guest list count, or if any invitations go missing in the post. You or your families may also want to keep a few as a keepsake, or for your photographer to use on the morning of your wedding.

Are envelopes included in my order?

Yes, white envelopes are included with all save the date, wedding invitation and thank you orders this also includes all names and addresses printed on them for free. Coloured envelope options are available upon request with an additional fee.

When do I need to send out my save the dates?

You can send your save the dates at any time but typically it’s about 9-12 month before the wedding. If your wedding is abroad or during the holiday/peak season it might be best to let your guests know some details early!

When do I need to send out my wedding invitations?

You can send your wedding invitations at any time but typically it’s about 3-4 months before the wedding.

When should we make the rsvp deadline date?

Typically, it’s about 4-8 weeks before the wedding. Venues and caterers may need final numbers earlier than this time, so I suggest checking with your venue / caterer before deciding the date. This may change the date you need to send out your invitations. Please note: for any on the day stationery, (table plan, name place cards or personalised menus) I require your final guest names a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

Does Letter and Lime Design only do weddingstationery?

Mainly I do wedding stationery but I also sell a range of beautiful foiled prints for all occasions and I am available for other design related work, such as birthday invitations, and logo design or corporate christmas cards for small businesses
